The employees – American engineers and technicians – are trained in the German production companies. Continuous training makes sure they are always on top of technological developments and can react quickly and flexibly to customers’ requirements.
Assembly, Maintenance, Repairs & Spare Parts
Mechanical or electrical engineering – everything takes place in-house at KPM. The headquarters, covering 7,525 m2 (81,000 sq ft), is equipped with a modern machine inventory. It includes a wide range of lathes, milling and grinding machines along with measuring devices, many of which are manufactured within the company group, and guarantees the highest machining quality.
More than 200 service orders are carried out from Ford City annually. More than 750 spare parts orders – in OEM quality – are manufactured every year. A digital spare parts system links KPM with the other companies in the HerkulesGroup. Technical field service, annual maintenance programs and customer training are also provided.

Training
Comprehensive training tailored to customer requirements is also included in the scope of service. KPM provides special in-house and infield training for maintenance personnel (mechanics/electricians), as well as for operators and programmers.
Service Contracts
KPM offers customized service contracts especially suited to meet our customers’ needs and requirements, including routine maintenance and emergency service to minimize machine down time.
